1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reflectify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

Reflectify is a personal reflection and productivity platform that provides habit tracking, task management, diary/journaling, AI-powered companion chat, focus timers (Pomodoro), and social features like clubs and leaderboards. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Reflectify supports email/password registration and Google OAuth sign-in. Passwords must be at least 12 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Reflectify to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or deceptive.
• Attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.
• Access another user's account without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.
• Automate access or use bots/scripts that violate rate limits or overload our servers.
• Share explicit, illegal, or harmful content within public clubs or chat features.

5. Content You Create

You retain ownership of all content you create in Reflectify, including diary entries, habits, tasks, and messages. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. AI Companion conversations are processed by third-party AI providers (OpenRouter) solely to generate responses. We do not claim ownership over your content and will not use it for purposes outside of providing the service.

6. Subscription & Payments

Reflectify offers Free, Pro, and Advanced subscription tiers. Paid plans may be available through in-app purchases or direct billing. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Free tier users may have usage limits, including a cap on the number of habits and history retention period.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account is permanently removed from our databases within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained after account deletion for analytical purposes.

8. Disclaimers

Reflectify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The AI Companion is for informational and reflection purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflectify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months, or $100 if you used the Free plan.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service operator, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified to users via email or in-app notice where possible.
